On a sunny morning in mid-July 1963, I was born in Oslo, Norway. Here I am, three weeks later with my beloved Grandmother and Grandfather.

Mummy dear, the year after I was born. A babe if ever there was one.

Five years old and already good looking.

At a young age I washed my hair whenever possible, having a hunch that later in life this might prove a bit on the difficult side.....

Here is my darling sister Karin -  they don't make them like this anymore. My best friend. Always.

Serious aviators, soulbuddies forever;  Knut, my main Man.

On little Christmas Eve in 1992 my precious Kelley was born. Here she is a few months later in Goma, eastern Congo, pondering some of life's deeper questions, like;  ".....that butterfly over there sure looks good enough to eat"

From 1995 to 1996 I was the supreme commander in these cool looking aircrafts flying all over the Congo (then called Zaire). It is a British built BAC One-Eleven; 44.000 kg MTOW and seats 107 passengers. We had three of them. The most noisy birds in Africa - by far!

Kelley in Birkeland, 1996. A little rascal if ever there was one.

Kelley fishing with her grandfather Leif, outside Bergen 1999.

Kelley with my very good mate Bruce, after ticking off a Slender-billed Gull, South Sinai - December 2000.

Kelley & daddy after a day snorkelling over the numerous coral-reefs, South Sinai - December 2000

Myself, five minutes after ticking a magnificent Wallcreeper, on top of Mt. Olympus, Greece - June 2001. The very serious German mountaineers laughed at my casual attire - a bit different from their own mountain boots, lederhosen and suchlike.

In February 2002 I started my career with Emirates Airlines, based in Dubai, flying Boeing 777's. A step up from Braathens Boeing 737's, both in size and beauty.

Kelley and me in the desert of United Arab Emirates - May 2002.

My Maja and me in Melbourne, September 14th 2002. Future wife-to-be.

My very own darling Kelley in Dubai on New Years Eve 2002 after a cool Serbian make-over.

On a sunny 15th of March 2004 in Abu Dhabi my Maja said "yes" and became my wife!

And on October 3rd 2004 we did it all again the proper Serbian way in Belgrade!

On May 7th 2005 I got a new hat!  I'm now officially a "happy Capp'y".

Flying one of these: B-777ER (here taking off from Seattle).

Cool!

In September 2005 my Maja made a childhood dream come true; she took me to Galapagos!

Alma & Knut were kind enough to join us on all the wet landings on "Muddy Terrain - Mediterrain".

In March 2006 The Gang was again together, this time in Puerto Rico!

There was much rejoice.

June 2006 saw a merger in Paphos, Cyprus of the Norwegians (Kelley & Bruce) & The Desert dwellers (Maja & Tommy).

More rejoice was had.
