Bedford's Paradise-Flycatcher

Adult male

Found in lowland forest in two areas;

1. The Ituri area from Mt. Hoyo and Mawambi to the Lendu Plateau. Fairly common.

2. West of the Itowbwe Mountains (north-west of Lake Tanganyika) and west of Kahuzi-Biega mountain (west of Lake Kivu). Rather uncommon.
